Prince Harry and Pippa Middleton - rumoured to be dating

The world loves speculating about Prince Harry's love life because, he is an eligible prince—and until he settles down like his big brother Prince William—which Harry says he's ready to do—every person with dreams of being a real-life royal will think there's still a chance to somehow meet Prince Harry and convince him that she's the right person for him.

According to OK!, he has been having a "secret romance" with Pippa Middleton for several months. Their source says the two have been flirting for years, “They’re trying to play it coy,” the "source" said. “But there’s no doubt that this is developing into something serious.
Now, Prince Harry falling for Pippa, sister to Harry's sister-in-law Kate Middleton, seems too good to be true, which likely means it's just that: not true. But wouldn't it be so amazing if it were true though. They look so good together.

Woman who asks Internet to photoshop her holiday photo, regrets

The woman in the picture above instantly regretted asking the internet to photoshop a holiday photo of her and her beau.
She requested help in editing out the islands seen in the background of the original photo - which looks like something out of a magazine, the results were obviously not what she was looking for, lol. More photos after the cut...

Top 25 Basic Leadership Quotes

Not everyone is meant for a leadership position. Unfortunately, with this uncertain economy we may be put in one, whether we like it or not. And when that happens, we have to act and learn fast. And if and when we don’t, we could find ourselves unemployed in a heartbeat. Here are 25 leadership quotes even the “dumbest” leader can learn from.
1. “The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority.” –Ken Blanchard
2. “No person can be a great leader unless he takes genuine joy in the successes of those under him.” –W. H. Auden
3. “Good leaders make people feel that they’re at the very heart of things, not at the periphery. Everyone feels that he or she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens people feel centered and that gives their work meaning.” –Warren Bennis
4. “No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself, or to get all the credit for doing it.” — Andrew Carnegie
5. “A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.” –Rosalynn Carter
6. “Perhaps the most central characteristic of authentic leadership is the relinquishing of the impulse to dominate others.” –David Cooper
7. “The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality.” — Max DePree
8. “Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.” –Dwight D. Eisenhower
9. “A boss creates fear, a leader confidence. A boss fixes blame, a leader corrects mistakes. A boss knows all, a leader asks questions. A boss makes work drudgery, a leader makes it interesting. A boss is interested in himself or herself, a leader is interested in the group.” –Russell H. Ewing
10. “Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions. ” — Harold Geneen
11. “One of the true tests of leadership is the ability to recognize a problem before it becomes an emergency.” –Arnold Glasow
12. “All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else, is the essence of leadership. ” — John Kenneth Galbraith
13. “The very essence of leadership is that you have to have vision. You can’t blow an uncertain trumpet.” –Theodore Hesburgh
14. “The final test of a leader is that he leaves behind him in other men the conviction and the will to carry on… The genius of a good leader is to leave behind him a situation which common sense, without the grace of genius, can deal with successfully.” –Walter Lippmann
15. “Leadership is getting someone to do what they don’t want to do, to achieve what they want to achieve.” –Tom Landry
16. “Leaders must be close enough to relate to others, but far enough ahead to motivate them.” –John Maxwell
17. “I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.” —Ralph Nader
18. “The leader must know, most know that he knows, and must be able to make it abundantly clear to those about him that he knows.” –Clarence B. Randall
19. “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, concerned citizens can change world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has.” —Margaret Mead
20. “A true leader is hated by most, and respected by all. A follower is liked by all, and respected by none.” –Scott Smigler
21.”Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it’s amazing what they can accomplish.” –Sam Walton
22. “You know what makes leadership? It is the ability to get men to do what they don’t want to do and like it.” –Harry S. Truman
23. “Nothing so conclusively proves a man’s ability to lead others as what he does from day to day to lead himself.” –Thomas J. Watson
24. “Efficiency is doing the thing right. Effectiveness is doing the right thing.” –Peter Drucker
25. “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” – John Quincy Adams
I put “dumbest” in quotations because no one is ever dumb. A leader may just be unnatural. But as they gain the experience, skills and confidence, I am sure they will flourish in the job.
Take me as an example. I first wanted to work at Tim Hortons as a supervisor until retirement. Then I went into Administrative work and thought that’s the ideal work for me. It wasn’t until I went into teaching that I found my true passion and realized that I was under selling myself.

Top 10 Nostradamus Predictions for 2016

Michel de Nostredame (aka Nostradamus) was a 16th-century French philosopher who predicted many tragic events throughout history, including the Assassination of the Kennedy brothers, the rise of Hitler, the defeat of Napoleon, and the unfortunate 9/11 terrorist acts. We don’t have many seers these days who can really predict the future. Nostradamus studied astrology and various “occult” sciences and used those to predict the future. Here is a list of 10 predictions that he’s made for the year 2016.

10. Obama: The Last President

Nostradamus predicted that Obama would be victorious in the 2013 elections, but he also predicted that Mr Barack Obama would be America’s LAST president. Does that mean that the time has come for the United States to pass the torch to some one else? Who will be the next superpower? China? Russia? North Korea? Nothing is certain.

9. Unusual Weather Patterns

In his writings, Nostradamus mentioned unusual weather patterns and natural cataclysms / disasters that will intensify further than they already are. He described the events as where ‘ Water shall be seen to rise as the ground is seen to fall underneath’. We are already seeing snow in the Spring time in many parts of the world. 2015 also saw the most frigid temperatures.

8. Unusual Planetary Alignments

Nostradamus also mentioned unusual planetary alignments and other astronomical type changes that will TRIGGER massive events on earth. I hope this does not mean another earthquake or tsunami.

7. Middle East On Fire

Petrol and Oil in the Gulf states in the Middle East will be set on fire, according to Nostradamus’ predictions for 2016. Things are heating up for the Presidential elections in 2016, I wonder if this is coincidental?!

6. Explosions in the Middle East

Many explosions will occur around the Middle East area, and Nostradamus said that planes will be falling from the sky in 2016. The Middle East has seen drastic changes and civil unrest the past 4 years. The Arab Spring has intensified civil wars in over 10 countries, including in Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, Somalia, Libya and Syria. We already saw the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 on Mar. 8, 2014. Another plane was almost torpedoed by a North Korean missile, 2 days before. Anything is possible.

5. End of the World

Nostradamus also made an ambiguous statement that is making us believe that Iraq war/invasion was the first major sign (for our timeline) that the world as we know it is coming to an end. But there’s been so many predictions and prophecies already, especially that of the Mayan civilization, and all of them never came true.

4. White House Games

He also stated the ‘White House’ has been playing war like games , and have set out plans to destroy the world…..starting with the Middle East, where it is like a game of chess to ‘them’. Tension between the two have never been easy, especially with the War on Terror and ISIS retaliations. Both Iraq and Afghanistan has not seen peace since Americans entered the countries to bring in “democracy”.

3.The Poles Will Melt

This is where many global warming scientists and scholars are getting their information from. Could this be happening? If you look at the high temperatures up North, you’ll probably believe that the prophecy will come true. However, the South Pole is still frigid cold and no drastic temperature changes have been noted. Global Warming scientists have always said that the North Pole is becoming warmer than usual, but nothing hasd ever been mentioned about the South Pole.

2. Fate of Israel

The fate of Israel remains unclear because of Nostradamus’ predictions. However, in paragraph #34 of the Epistle, Nostradamus states that Jerusalem might be assailed on all sides, and a Western naval force (from the United States and or other nations in the New World) will help Israel in fighting the forces of its future adversaries.

1. Russia Makes Peace

If the Russians are “not” allied with Europe and the West during the beginning of this war, Nostradamus states in the Epistle that a northern king from Aquilon (an allusion to Russia) will eventually help to set things right. The United States and Russia have never seen eye to eye, especially with the conflict in Syria. It will be interesting to see how this prophecy will play out. Could the Crimean War of 2014 lead to peace with Russia? I doubt that Russia wants nothing less than world dominance, but we will wait and see what will happen.

Alex Noudelman 2016 predictions

Alex Noudelman, a teacher (!!!) from the city of King City in Canada, had been ridiculed by its posted 2016 Nostradamuspredictions

10. Japan

Thousands of people from Japan will flee after a series of violent earthquakes destroys the northern region, seismologists are predicting. A 2011 earthquake and tsunami hit the small country off the Pacific coast of Tōhoku with a magnitude of 9.0 on the Richter Scale. Close to 16,000 people died and 6,500 people were injured. It was the most powerful earthquake ever recorded to have hit Japan.

9. Televisions

Televisions will get a makeover in 2016. Touch screen technology will be a part of TVs like they are on laptops and desktops..including 2 sided screens. Some TV’s will even be as thin as a nickel. We’ve come along way since the early 2000s when humongous and very heavy TV sets were the next best thing. The bad news is this is just a prototype for now, so you can’t go and buy it as quick as you would want to.

8. ISIS Will Be Defeated

It said so in the Bible…“A worthless person, a wicked man, goes about with crooked speech, winks with his eyes, signals with his feet, points with his finger, with perverted heart devises evil, continually sowing discord; therefore calamity will come upon him suddenly; in a moment he will be broken beyond healing. There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him” (Proverbs 6:12-16). In a startling discovery, Rabbi Matityahu Glazerson, a famous author and one of the world’s leading experts on Bible Codes (also known as Torah Codes), published a video on YouTube suggesting that ISIS will be destroyed between now and 2016 by the Messiah.

7. U.S. Presidential Elections 2016

Hilary Clinton will lead the Democrats to a landslide win. She will face Jeb Bush (the Republican Candidate) and act out a rendition of the 1992 elections, which also saw a Clinton beat a Bush. Although last time it was Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush. According to a recent poll, however, Hillary Clinton and Ben Carson would tie in head-to-head matchup. Which prediction will come true?

6. Korea Unification

North Korea will be unified with South Korea and the two will create one of the top successful economic forces in the region..similar to what we saw happen with Germany after the unification in 1989. Kim Jong-un will finally be overthrown by a bureaucratic body that will become fed up with his totalitarianism and corruption.

5. Cuba Embargo will be Lifted

The U.S. is on friendlier terms with Cuba now, and by the beginning of nesxt year the U.S. will be able to purchase Cuban cigars in the U.S. again. Americans will also be able to visit Cuba for the first time in over 50 years since the embargo was put.

4. Uncertain Economy

Prices will continue to rise in 2016, and gas prices will continue to fluctuate before falling to it’s all time low. Likewise, gold will continue to fall, but silver will rise in value. Read more about it in Forbes’ feature article, Is Gold About To Plunge To $1,000 Or Even Lower?.

3. Russia vs. Ukraine

There is a high probability that Russia will invade Ukraine in full as well as other former Soviet Union countries. Vladimir Putin will attempt to build an empire similar to the U.S. Should Hillary Clinton be worried? Just last summer, Ukraine got a hold of a Russian plan for large-scale invasion. The officials wanted it to be carried out in spring/early summer 2015. What was the holdup? What’s Putin planning?

2. Moon Landing

New facts about a moon landing conspiracy will be revealed through a deathbed confession of a person involved in a cover-up.

1. Harsh Winter

This upcoming winter may be colder and more brutal than the last. The central part as well as the Atlantic portions of North America may experience two more ice storms like the one they saw in 2013. For those winters, people may want to stay at home.

2016 Predictions by By Vanga

Did a blind Bulgarian mystic predict the election of Barack Obama and the rise of ISIS? Her prophecies for the future are chilling.

A blind psychic who has been credited with predicting the 9/11 terror attacks and the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami may have warned of the rise of ISIS decades ago and also made dire predictions for 2016 and beyond.
Baba Vanga, a Bulgarian clairvoyant, made a chilling prophecy warning of an invasion of Europe by Muslim extremists in 2016.
She foresaw a “great Muslim war” which would begin with the Arab Spring in 2010, play out in Syria and end with the establishment of a caliphate by 2043 with Rome at its epicentre.
She was known as Nostradamus from the Balkans due to her reputed 85 per cent success rate. News.com.au reveals that Vanga, who died in 1996 aged 85, reportedly made hundreds of predictions in her 50-year career. According to Vanga, Europe will “cease to exist” by the end of next year following the systematic elimination of entire populations, leaving the continent “almost empty”, a “wasteland almost entirely devoid of any form of life”.
The mystic allegedly warned of climate change and the polar ice caps melting as far back as the 1950s. And her followers believe she predicted the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami after warning of a “huge wave” that would descend on a “big coast, covering people and towns and (causing) everything to disappear under the water”.

Baba-Vanga1

Baba Vanga, who died in 1996 aged 85, warned of the rise of ISIS in 2016.
She also warned of melting polar ice caps and rising sea temperatures in the 1950s, decades before global warming was established.

But Vagna’s chilling prediction of a “great Muslim war” has sent believers into a frenzy as savage attacks by ISIS increase.

According Vanga, Europe as we know it will “cease to exist” by the end of next year after being invaded, with jihadis systematically eradicating entire populations.

She predicted the continent would be left “almost empty,” becoming a “wasteland almost entirely devoid of any form of life.”

Baba Vanga’s prophecies that came true?

Global warming and the 2004 Tsunami.

“Cold regions will become warm … and volcanoes will awaken. A huge wave will cover a big coast covered with people and towns, and everything will disappear beneath the water, everything will melt, just like ice.”

The September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on New York’s Twin Towers.
“Horror, horror! The American brethren will fall after being attacked by the steel birds. The wolves will be howling in a bush and innocent blood will gush.”

The sinking of Russian nuclear submarine the Kursk in 2000.

“At the turn of the century, in August of 1999 or 2000, Kursk will be covered with water, and the whole world will be weeping over it.”

The election of Barack Obama.
Vanga reportedly correctly predicted that the 44th president of the United States would be African American. However, she also stated that he would be the “last US president”.

The evil death cult has infiltrated countries all over the world including Nigeria where its affiliate Boko Haram continues its campaign of murder.

Earlier this year ISIS also released a map showing the areas it intends to dominate in the next five years.
The menacing image highlights areas the brutal terror organisation plans to seize by 2020, including Spain and all of West Africa including Nigeria.

The 9 most overrated tourist destinations in the world

There is nothing better than a destination that exceeds your expectations. Indeed, when traveling, a lot of fun based on expectations.

Most Overrated Tourist Attractions

Yahoo Travel Asked the experts polled Reddit users, and checked TripAdvisor to see tourist attractions qui are the worst.
I remember the day I saw the Great Wall of China for the first time 10 years ago. Certainly, the main entrance was overflowing with tourists at Badaling. It was not yet the time of selfies sticks, suddenly, tons of people were going on disposable cameras and asked to every staircase along the wall. The sellers were trying to foist snow balls, magnets, balloons and stuffed animals like pandas and refreshments were disgusting and too expensive. Despite all that, the wall had a good all great. This wonder was beyond my expectations. It can not be said of all the tourist traps.
We all know places that we consider overrated. I was so disappointed by the Leaning Tower I warn all those who go to Italy to simply use Photoshop to get a picture of them in front of the Tower of Pisa rather than bother to take the train to get there.
The term tourist trap immediately a negative connotation, but in truth some are really charming. And others not.
We inquired with Reddit and other travelers  to have their opinion on the most overrated tourist destinations. We then filled with our own experts and TripAdvisor  to confirm the information.
Stonehenge, Wiltshire, England
The prehistoric monument is perhaps one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world. It is said that this mysterious place was perhaps a burial site, an astrological temple or the work of aliens. It dates back to over 3000 years BC C.-. and more than 1.3 million visited Stonehenge in 2014.
The mystery of Stonehenge is part of the attraction of the site. The crowds, they are less excited. (Photo: Thinkstock)
"My husband spent three months traveling through Europe, and according to him, Stonehenge in the UK was the most overrated of the trip instead. The journey was long and impractical, the site small and not very impressive. " - Elle241  Reddit
"I have never met anyone who was not disappointed with Stonehenge. It's even worse today because it is no longer possible to go among the stones as I did as a child. The impression I have of Stonehenge is that of an amateur ersatz of a beautiful tourist attraction. " - VikingMen, TripAdvisor
"What's all this hype about Stonehenge. We struggled to get there and when we arrived, a million tourists got off their buses and began to turn in circles ". - LadyElle000,  TripAdvisor
The Mall of America, Bloomington, Minnesota
Each year, the largest US mall hosts over 40 million visitors from around the world.
For some, it is a must-see tourist site. For others, it is simply a mall again. (Photo: AP)
"The Mall of America ... Lord, why ???? But why ???? ". - Darius_Banner,  Reddit
"Big disappointment. There is nothing to do unless you want to make attractions. Everything is too expensive. " - Wendy1974,  TripAdvisor
"Elbows elbows. Argh. Who needs to go shopping at this point? There were too many people and too much noise. It's not my thing ". - Travellingmom333,  TripAdvisor
La Boca, Buenos Aires, Argentina
This colorful neighborhood of Buenos Aires attracts tourists from around the world to take tango classes and photograph Crayola colored houses.
La Boca is good for Instagram, but watch your wallet. (Photo: Thinkstock)
"We find the colourful houses on the covers of all the tourist guides but it is simply an artificial street that was painted to attract tourists. Very disappointing! "- Forty-Niner,  Reddit
"We spent a day in La Boca and it was a horrible experience. Do not bother. It's just a tourist trap with some colourful houses. In addition, bars and restaurants are ripping you. " - Startec,  TripAdvisor
"It's really very touristy. Everything looks fake. My friends got mugged in the middle of the afternoon a block from the main tourist area. The buildings are quaint and colorful but it is really superficial ". - GoLisa, TripAdvisor
The Temple of the Golden Pavilion, Kyoto, Japan
The Kinkaku-ji Temple is a Zen Buddhist temple. This is one of the most tourist attractions of Japan and is one of the most photographed places in the world.
Government leaders are still a small photo in front of the temple. (Photo: AP)
"The structure itself is rather unremarkable and its only appeal is to be covered in gold leaf on the top two levels." - ShanghaiMac,  TripAdvisor
"It does not worth to bother. While the lodge is beautiful but we did not even manage to get a picture because of the crowd. You can not enter the lodge so we can observe at the other end of the lake before going to walk around. " - ReginaldSLin,  TripAdvisor
The Blue Mosque, Istanbul, Turkey
The Blue Mosque built in the 17 th century is a must during a sightseeing trip to Istanbul. It was built during the reign of the young Sultan Ahmet
"She is beautiful but not more than the others I have seen mosques in Istanbul and that attract far fewer visitors." - ThisWasMySistersIdea, Reddit
"The building is beautiful, the team is very rude and this has had an impact on my trip to Istanbul. The carpet stank and it was disgusting to walk barefoot on the big carpet that covers the floor inside the mosque. " treko79, TripAdvisor
The Manneken Pis, Brussels, Belgium
The Manneken Pis is a young cherub urinating into the fountain. For some, this sculpture of the 17 th century is a beautiful work of art. For others, it's definitely not worth the shot.
At any time, there is always at least 150 tourists around the Manneken Pis. (Photo: AP)
"When you finally end up seeing the famous monument, your first reaction is: That's all?" .- HappySeizure,  Reddit
"It's nothing fancy or spectacular, and the fact that it is THE monument to see in Brussels says a lot about the whole city." - Travelingwithmax, TripAdvisor
"Very crowded and reputation for thieves! Be careful or better yet, do not go! ". - YvonneP,  TripAdvisor
The Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood, California.
The Walk of Fame spans 15 blocks from Hollywood Boulevard and stars pay homage to the biggest celebrities of Hollywood.
You might bump into Daniel Radcliffe. Or you might come across the drug. (Photo: AP)
"Lots of passers pesky Elmos, prostitutes and cigarette butts." - Darius Banner Reddit
"The Hollywood Walk of Fame is not as glorious as before. You might get mugged or catch a disease strolling on this icon of the past. You will find countless tattoos parlors, bars, restaurants in ruins and sex shops. It is also recommended not to want to go to the bathroom. "-4armedis4warned,  TripAdvisor
"This attraction is horrible, shameful for California, Los Angeles and Hollywood. Visitors are always sought and it is disgusting. You will be approached by guides, people who disguise themselves as actors (and charge you to take a picture with them), not to mention the restaurants and souvenir shops. " - EJFromPA,  TripAdvisor
Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco, California
Mention Fisherman's Wharf, once a lively fishing district, any inhabitant of San Francisco and they will do the same head that New Yorkers when they mention Times Square. Visitors flock to the waterfront to watch the sea lions are there since the earthquake Loma Prieta in 1989 and you can eat clams in bowls of bread.
Sea lions are impressive but Fisherman's Wharf remains a sad tourist trap. (Photo: Thinkstock)
"Apart sea lions (which are cool), it really is the worst tourist trap on earth. To avoid ! "- Darius_Banner,  Reddit
"This is the most touristic place I have ever seen. There are plenty of souvenir shops where you can buy glasses and T-shirts with the Golden Gate above. Expensive restaurants. " - HankW, TripAdvisor
"Kitsch, it really is the least we can say. The views are beautiful and the sea lions are nice but the seafood restaurants are too expensive, and we must bear the sellers, t-shirts kitsch shops and all the trinkets sold at every corner. " - Canadianknowitall,  TripAdvisor
Top Tip:  it still was there a solution to make the visit Fisherman's Wharf least unpleasant.  The audio tour Detour  presents a less-known side of the harbor which delights even the residents of San Francisco's most cranky.
The Little Mermaid, Copenhagen, Denmark
This siren of a little over 1 meter high is located on the promenade Langelinie in Copenhagen, Denmark. The structure is inspired by the fairy tale of Hans Christian Anderson and is quite small. This is a tourist destination since 1913.
It draws crowds but is it worth? (Photo: AP)
"The crowd around this little statue is as interesting as the statue itself!"- Leachmere2020, Reddit
"I've said many times, this tourist attraction is probably the most overrated attraction of all." - FriscoKid,  TripAdvisor
