Facebook videos have became a lot wider and shared over the internet in the last 2 years. Facebook is pushing its videos to be more competitive to video sharing websites like YouTube, Vimeo or Daily motion.
If you like a video on Facebook and you want to save it and keep a copy on your computer before it gets deleted or hided, then you are at the right place. In this post I will show how to download Facebook video without any software.
1. Make sure the video is hosted by Facebook video (not YouTube or any other website).
2. Open the Facebook video you want to download. It will look like as shown in picture below.
3. Now, In the URL, change the URL with single letter “m”.
For instance, the above video link is:
So I replace the https://www with “m”, like this:
4. When you view the video, you will now see mobile version of Facebook on your Desktop like this picture below.
5. Now play the video, then right click on the video and choose the “Save video as” option to save your desired video to your PC.
