Some are looking for: eternal life. Author Dan Buettner thinks the solution to be found and wrote down his best tips in the book "The Blue Zone Solutions.We list ten tips out to be at least 100 years old.
1) Drink coffee drink which contains masses of antioxidants that are good for your body.
2) Go for a walk, like the shepherds of Sardinia. Who are daily in the air and pull smoothly hundred years.
3) Running marathons and do not go crazy in the gym. Cycling, yoga and walking are much better sport alternatives. Moreover, they are not as damaging to tendons and joints.
4) Choose vegetarian. Fruits, vegetables, beans and nuts are a huge source of beneficial substances.
5) Limit animal fats, olive oil is much better.
6) Use soy milk instead of animal milk
7) Avoid carbohydrates, not too bad. A fresh loaf of bread, preferably sourdough bread, can even do wonders for your health. Moreover, it ensures that your blood sugar rises less rapidly after a meal.
8) Eat with friends, or be relaxed as you eat. This ensures that your body will be under less pressure.
9) Stop with ready-made juices contain too much sugar in it. Stick to a plain piece of fruit.
10) Do not drink protein shakes, which in the long term are not at all healthy for your body.
